§ 66-41. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Drive-in restaurant means any restaurant where food or beverages are served directly to or are permitted to be consumed by patrons in automobiles, motorcycles or other vehicles parked on the premises.
