§ 66-81. Definitions.

  • The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

    Breast means either of two milk secreting glands at the upper front part of a woman's body.

    Buttock means either of the two fleshy, rounded parts of the back of hips, the rump.

    Establishments where alcoholic beverages are sold means any business establishment open to the general public where beer, wine or mixed beverages are sold for consumption on the premises including, but not limited to, taverns, bars, cocktail lounges, nightclubs and cantinas.

    Genitals means the external sex organs of a male or female.

    Private parts means either genitals, buttocks or breasts as defined in this section.
